How can I support you right now?

Dear wonderful clients, I know a lot of you are spending more time at home over the next few weeks. As ‘am I. I am mainly working remotely and it is proving challenging and stressful on a number of levels. We are all figuring it out and trying to manage day-by-day. What to do, what not to do, how to stay connected, but not too physically connected. We are figuring out new routines, approaches and needs. It’s not easy. We are all in this together. First, I want you to know I am are here, and while I am mainly working remotely I am  available for your phone calls and emails. I will continue to listen, guide and support you to the best of my ability. Now more than ever it is important to pause, to breathe, to take a moment for yourself in an effort to remain regulated and to help those around you regulate. In doing so, we know that we can calm the physiological and emotional state and enhance our resilience. Below is a fabulous and relevant resource I have selected that I hope you find helpful. Upon reflection the truth is I wish I could just offer free on call sessions as support for you right now. But due to my own financial constraints that is not feasible. What I have decided I can and will do is lower my rates for the remainder of March. If you express the need for a lowered fee, I am happy to offer that to you. Please ask and ye shall receive.
